Add Custom List

Add a custom list set to your Bonfyre community. Each custom list set contains three buttons: People, Items, Schedules. You can rename or hide lists you don't need from the Menu of your Bonfyre community. Custom lists edits can only be made from Desktop. 

  1. Click ‘Dashboard’ in the upper-right corner and select 'Custom Lists'.
  2. On the next screen, you will see all the custom lists your Bonfyre Team contact has created and attached to your Bonfyre communities.
  3. Locate the name of the agenda/custom list you wish to edit. Click on the icons or section you wish to edit for that custom list. (People, Items, Schedules)
People
  1. To edit the People list, click on the 'View People' icon to the right of the custom list you wish to edit.
  2. To edit a person already listed, click anywhere on that person’s section and edit the information in the Speaker Profile. Click 'Update Person' to save changes. 
  3. To add a new speaker, click the plus (+) button to the right of the word ‘People’.
  4. Complete any/all of the information in the Person Profile pop-up window. Click ‘Update Person' when you are done.
Items
  1. To edit the Items list, click on the 'View Items' icon to the right of the custom list you wish to edit.
  2. To edit an item already listed, click anywhere on that Items section and edit the information in the Item Profile. Click 'Update Item' to save changes. 
  3. To add a new item, click the plus (+) button to the right of the word ‘Items'.
  4. Complete any/all of the information in the Items Profile pop-up window. Click ‘Add Item' when you are done.
Schedule
  1. To edit the Schedule list, click on the 'View Calendar' icon to the right of the custom list you wish to edit.
  2. To edit a schedule already listed, click anywhere on that schedule section and edit the information in the Schedule Information. Click 'Update Schedule' to save changes. 
  3. To add a new schedule, click the plus (+) button to the right of the word ‘Schedule’.
  4. ProTip: To add multiple people to a schedule click Command and highlight each name.
  5. Complete any/all of the information in the Schedule Information pop-up window. Click ‘Add Schedule’ when you are done.

Pro tip:

You can change the title People, Items, or Schedules. Or if you don't want to use all three custom list types you can hide the buttons. Follow these instructions to edit Menu Buttons.
