Groups can be used to send Broadcasts or Surveys to people across multiple Bonfyre communities. The group builder is only available on the web platform.

  1. Click on 'Dashboard' in the upper right.
  2. Click 'Ecosystem Dashboard' on the left-hand side. 
  3. Click 'Features' then click 'Groups' from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Click 'Create New Group'
  5. Type your group's name in the field below 'Group Name'. This name will be searchable from the Survey and Broadcast feature. 
  6. Type users emails under in the 'People' field or copy and paste a list of email addresses into the field. 
  7. Click the 'Add People' button to add these users to your Group. 
  8. Click 'Save'.

Look for your saved Group when you're creating a Broadcast or Survey
